Q. How to Track an Order?
FlowersDubai.com uses professional courier company service, for the most efficient delivery of your order. Upon placing the order, FlowersDubai.com notifies the buyer about the Shipping Air Way Bill Number of the Courier. With this number, the buyer can track the order at anytime.
Q. Invoices and Packaging Label?
Our Parcels have only “FlowersDubai.com” as our company name. Invoice is also sent along with the parcel, for your records.
Q. What will courier delivery cost me?
We ship hundreds of parcels each day, and as a result have negotiated competitive rates with our carriers. We do not make a profit on delivery charges so we effectively pass on the rate charged to us, to you. Shipping charges are based on the weight, size and destination of your parcel. Therefore, we have a flat shipment charge of Dhs15/- up to 3kgs. So, take advantage of this competitive rate and buy more items at the same time.
Q. How does the Courier Service operate?
Courier company will call the buyer prior to parcel delivery, in order to avoid delay and holdups. Therefore, for the utmost convenience of buyer and company, the time and day of delivery should be confirmed as per convenience.
Q. What are the Delivery Guidelines?
Over 90% of orders are shipped by within 2 to 3 working days.
However, if your order has still not arrived after more than a week after placing the order, please contact us via e-mail at info@FlowersDubai.com and quote your Order Number for follow-up.
Q. Received an item different to what you ordered?
We are extremely sorry for any genuine errors in dispatch. Although these cases are extremely rare, we are real humans 🙂
We will do our best to fix this up for you quickly, at our cost. Please email at info@FlowersDubai.com with as much information about your order and the incorrect product received as possible, and we will sort things out for you right away.
Q. Is Pick up not available?
Regrettably, we aren’t able to facilitate pickups. However, in almost all cases we are able to dispatch items within 24 hours of your payment being received.
Q. What does Free Shipping imply?
Free Shipping only affects products marked as Free Shipping, so this feature is only activated when Free Shipping items are added to an order. For example: If you had a non-free shipping item in your cart and the shipping fees are Dhs15.00, when you add free shipping item, your shipping fees will still be Dhs15.00/ for both items.
Q. Complete Address required for Shipment Details [Not P.O.Box]?
We cannot dispatch the parcel only via P.O.Box number. Parcels will be dispatched only if the buyer has provided complete physical address i.e. Building Name, Street Name, Area Name, and nearest landmark etc. Also, we require contact details i.e. telephone, fax and mobile number to ensure parcel is delivery as per buyers convenience.
Q. Does FlowersDubai.com deliver outside UAE?
Sorry, at this stage we do not ship outside UAE.
