Returns Policy

Items purchased on come with a 14 Day Exchange Policy. If you have decided to change your mind on buying the product on or before delivery, and if the item's wrapping has not been opened or and the product's packaging and product itself have not been damaged, you may exchange it for an item of equal or lesser value for a period of 14 Days. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error. Item will not be returned or exchanged if a person is unsatisfied with the product after the box has been opened. We will only accept exchange.

Once, approves of the return, please take into consideration following points:

  • The item can be send to us by courier or can be dropped at our office. Please pack the item/s appropriately for transit - goods packaged without due care may be rejected or extra costs deducted for the damaged caused.
  • Mora would recommend to use the same courier service, through which you received your parcel to prevent loss in transit.
  • Mora recommends that before packaging item for return, digital photos to be taken, in order to protect the sender in case a returns parcel being sent to us is further damaged by the carrier during transit.
  • Mora is not liable for items you sent that are damaged or lost in transit, we are only in a position to assist in the customer's claim for compensation by reporting all the relevant information to the respective carriers.
  • As soon as your return has been received, we will send you an automated ‘ITEM RECEIVED’ notice email.
